There are two files for this program.

        Vat.opa - Main program file
        Vat.pic - Icon file

        Copy Vat.opa to the \app 
directory and Vat.pic to the pic
directory (If you do not already
have one you will have to create it, 
\pic) Install the Application on the 
system screen.

        Once the program is run it
will create a file called Vat.itr in
the \app directory, this file holds
the VAT rate, you can change it in
the program.

        Attension users of the
older version, you will have to remove
the data file that it creates in the
\app directory, it is called VAT.ITR
to remove it press TAB and goto the APP
directory, then find the file, hold
down PSION and press D.
